People move on bc they need to, and moving on means "not having to have feelings about that anymore" (can't remember who said that or when recently). I'd rather advocate in the other direction--remind the non-hearers that they should be listening. The burden's not on you, in other words.JJThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14920416765778868736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12478084.post-20740093738291041892012-12-30T09:51:13.246-05:002012-12-30T09:51:13.246-05:00I found that trying to speak to a group of people ...I found that trying to speak to a group of people who has already decided they are not going to hear me is a waste of my time and will likely result in exhaustion and disallusionment on my part. So, we don't have to listen to you bc you're obviously a sinner, and you're obviously a sinner bc you've left the church. So it seems to me more of a failure to hear critique, period, than of being able to listen to those outside the group. Which may also be what you're saying, but the bit about your remaining participating member of CofC has me uncertain.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12478084.post-20972922249623947242012-12-29T23:29:54.689-05:002012-12-29T23:29:54.689-05:00Yes.
